Two HAFS students participated in the World Individuals competition this week.
They were two of five total representatives of Korea. Both Jung Ji Yun and
Kim Tae Heun finished in the top 50 individual speakers. This is a great
accomplishment in a field of 120 of the best speakers in the world. The students
competed in oratory, debate, interpretive reading, and extemporaneous speaking.
In addition, Kim Tae Heun was a debate finalist and finished 23rd overall.
