Kang Jeon-Wook, 18, a senior at the Hankuk Academy of Foreign Studies in Yongin, beat 80 other competitors from 48 countries at the International Public Speaking Competition held by the U.K.-based English Speaking Union (ESU) on May 23-27 in London, according to ESU Korea yesterday.
